It can be difficult to ask for help. Sometimes we feel hopeless or feel we do not have the right words to say, or maybe things are going well but you feel something is missing. Therapy seeks to bridge the gap by allowing clients a safe space to catch their breath and work towards improving their quality of life. The relationship between the therapist and client is collaborative, leaving space for individuality with the guidance of a licensed counselor.
